Experience the excitement of the most anticipated mountain race in Vall de Núria!
L'Olla de Núria is, without a doubt, one of the most renowned and internationally renowned mountain races in Catalonia. The privileged environment of the Núria Valley, surrounded by mountains that are close to 3,000 m high, makes it a unique and singular race.
The Valls de l'Olla is born
After several meetings to recover the original route of the Olla de Núria, the Eina Natural Reserve has announced its refusal to allow the section between the Pic de Finestrelles and the Pic d'Eina.
Faced with this fact, the organization has decided to maintain the itinerary of the last edition, renamed "Les Valls de l'Olla", with a route of 24 kilometers and 2,000 meters of positive elevation gain. Two large climbs will test the participants and the passage of the Santuari de Núria halfway through the race will add an extra touch of atmosphere.
Mitja Olla
With a distance of 12.5 km, which may seem a short distance for the most experienced, but which will require the same effort as a regular half, the Mitja Olla ascends to Puigmal (2,913m), following the same route as the Valls de l'Olla, to end up descending vertiginously from the Pic del Segre (2,809m), passing through the Coll de Finestrelles. A demanding test for runners in the youth category (16 to 18 years old) and for those who do not dare to take on the big race.
