This year, the BBVA Torelló Mountain Film Festival brings the best mountain and adventure stories to the highest cinema in Catalonia, in Vall de Núria, located at 2,000 meters above sea level. From the beginning of October to the end of December, coinciding with the 41st edition, it has become a reflection of the evolution of mountain sports, from mountaineering and climbing to the most recent sports such as BASE jumping and paragliding, as well as the cinematic tools used to capture these feats.

Throughout its history, Torrelló has witnessed significant changes in the world of mountain sports and adventure cinematography. The Festival offers a cycle of screenings to enjoy, in Vall de Núria, the films awarded in the last editions of the contest during the weekends. This initiative is the result of the agreement that the Festival Foundation and Ferrocarrils de la Generalitat de Catalunya have signed to join the family of sponsors of the event.

From September 10 to December 30, every Saturday of these months, mountain lovers can enjoy an exceptional selection of films at the Vall de Núria Interpretation Centre. This is the schedule:

In addition, from October 12 he presented the new Cinema and Mountain exhibition, an exhibition that collects posters, hand programs and stills from around twenty representative films of different genres, where the mountain often metaphorically, it has a remarkable and always different meaning.
